He is known to frequent Cafe Intermezzo, especially on Wednesdays between 9:30am and 1:00pm, and the surrounding shopping area at 4505 Ashford Dunwoody Road (where Alon's also is). He is known for his hunched over physique. He is wanted for credit card theft/fraud.
